We loved our stay in this accommodation. The photos are lovely but it is even nicer when you see it in person. It is spacious, so well equipped and we found it very easy to prepare a couple of meals. There were even beach towels and a parasol for the beach! Walking distance to a few supermarkets, got an Uber back. Great location with a beautiful view over the water and sunsets. Easy to walk into town. Antonio was a lovely host, very good at communicating and answering our questions before and during our trip. Each one of us totally fell in love with Ericeira and we hope to return one day.

Wow! My husband, our two teenage boys, and I absolutely loved our stay here. The property is spread across three floors, which worked perfectly for us. Our boys especially enjoyed having their own floor with a shared bathroom and balcony—it gave them a sense of independence.
My husband and I really appreciated our comfortable bedroom and made great use of our private balcony, which was ideal for soaking up the sun. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, including a large fridge-freezer, making meal prep easy.
The entire property is air-conditioned, though we often didn’t need it thanks to the pleasantly cool evenings. The location is fantastic—close enough to town for convenience, yet peaceful and quiet.
António was incredibly helpful and gave excellent local restaurant recommendations. Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, and there are great supermarkets nearby. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I shared the house with my sister and niece for a 7 nights‘ stay/ remote work. Antonio is a wonderfully responsive, proactive and flexibel host. The house was a 5 star experience. We especially loved the patio for morning sun and lunch time and the 3 (!) balconies for afternoon sun/sunset and view of the sea. Very confortable beds, well equipped kitchen, very quiet, safe neighborhood and always a space to park the car. We truly recommend!details or information that you want to share with your visitors.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, well-equipped and clean home. We felt right at home. The view was magnificent, especially on the 3rd floor where we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets. A good location also for a family, next to a park and grocery stores. Not far from the old town of Ericeira and the beaches. We loved that the host provided us with an insulated lunch bag, laundry soap and beach toys, which is perfect for a family with kids. We would recommend it in a second!

We immediately felt at home in Antonio's house. It is modern and very thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is there. Antonio is very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions.
The house is located a 10-minute walk from the center of the village on a mountain. Various supermarkets are in the vicinity. A playground is located on the same street. From all three balconies you have a beautiful view of the sea and can enjoy the sunset.
We highly recommend it and would stay there again at any time.
